Wat ga je doen?
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Product Owner with a strong blend of technical expertise and functional acumen to spearhead our Purchase to Pay process within our IT department. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful further roll out and ongoing optimization of our P2P solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the development and maintenance of P2P workflows, leveraging technical knowledge including SAP ABAP.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to rollout and continuous improvement.
- Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective communication.
- Monitoring, analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency.
- Work for the P2P stream of the Applications Services Department and report to the head of Application Services. The Application Services department in general is responsible for digitalization of end-to-end processes where one or more core systems (like SAP) is involved.
Wie zoeken we?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies or Product Ownership are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within the Purchase to Pay domain.
- Strong technical background with expertise in workflows and SAP ABAP.
- Passionate about purchasing and accounts payable processes.
- Ability to understand and articulate both technical and functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and rollout of IT solutions.
- Proficient in English language, both spoken and written.
